JD’s:
- Perform detailed analysis of complex SD business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Good experience on SD modules topics – End to end sales process from order to invoicing for sales & Stock transfer of inter and intra company, Free product sales, Trade sales, Export sales, Sale returns, B2B & B2C, Advance shipping notice, Delivery processing & Credit management.
- Understanding of SAP technologies including but not limited to EDI, File transfer, API, etc. Hands-on configuration skills on SAP ERP.
- Proactive thinker and capable of identifying the value add’s & improvement opportunities in business systems.
- Assisting in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user’s lack of experience.
- Good team player to coordinate with onsite consultants and from other modules such as MM & FICO.
- Working knowledge on Service NOW tool is an added advantage.
- Should have skill and capability to manage the SPOC role of hub to be first in line person for operational topics for business and having efficient interaction with business team.
- Prepare and conduct the weekly operation meeting with the client showcase KPI & SLA achievements.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP AMS (Support) projects.
- At least 3 years of SAP SD.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request)
- Working knowledge of ITIL process
- JPLT 2 Certification / Native Japanese
- Experience as an AMS Lead is an added advantage.
- Good fluency in Japanese language and English (To speak and Write).
- Should have experience in working with global SAP AMS engagement with ITSM knowledge on Incident management, demand management and problem management.
