Integrated first aid industry applications

Case Description:

  • Cardiac arrest is a critical illness that can occur at anytime and anywhere, and it is sudden, unpredictable, and time-sensitive. Early defibrillation of cardiac arrest patients can be achieved using automated external defibrillator (AED) equipment, and the general public can be trained to operate it.
  • In order to promote the national strategy of providing first aid for all, an ecological chain consisting of an “AED network management platform,” an “equipment after-sales platform,” a “first aid training platform,” and a “rescue platform” has been established. A multi-level open first aid dispatch system has also been established to implement the “golden four minutes” principle.
  •

Solution Highlights:

  • Real-time monitoring of AED devices data and status to ensure the devices running in a healthy model.
  • Through the integrated system data, it provides a comprehensive view with the customer on the services supplied through the devices, rescue programs, volunteers program etc.
