Job Title: Online Sales Specialist
Job Type: Full-time (Remote – Pakistan)
Job Description:
You will be responsible for:
- Driving online sales efforts across multiple markets for Boyang Consultancy Services, including
Australia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong or other markets on priority. - Generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, niche industry portals, cold email
outreach, and other online sales channels. - Working closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned with
regional priorities. - Logging all activities, leads, and follow-ups in the company’s Odoo CRM to ensure full visibility
and tracking. - Providing daily updates on progress and joining weekly review meetings to discuss pipeline
status, blockers, and next steps. - Supporting basic email campaigns if required, but maintaining lead generation as the primary
KPI. - Managing outreach strategies for Boyang Consultancy Services in different markets, including
Australia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong or other markets on priority. - Coordinating work delivery across different time zones between Hong Kong and Pakistan.
- Working closely with and providing daily updates to all stakeholders.
You are a part of:
A growing multinational company and a dedicated team that works closely with leadership to establish
Boyang’s brand presence in new markets. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple time
zones and report directly to the CEO/Director, with opportunities for growth as our presence expands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 or 3 years of hands-on experience in the niche role from IT industry background.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online lead generation and IT sales.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and cold outreach tools/platforms.
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong skills in cold outreach and client onboarding.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple markets.
- Knowledge of SEO, Odoo cybersecurity and IT services is an advantage.
- Experience with Odoo CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
- A portfolio of showcasing successful lead generation projects, is must.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 9 hours with a 1-hour lunch/rest break, from 08:00 / 09:00 AM PKT to 05:00 / 06:00 PM PKT, fully dedicated to Boyang’s work. The first two months are a critical evaluation phase to build pipelines, ensure alignment, and
demonstrate performance.
