2. Standard Chartered GBA Enterprise Offshore & Wealth Management Forum 2025
Invited as a partner of HKPC’s InnoPreneur Network, BYCS joined hands to support enterprises exploring global market entry and offshore solutions.This event was hosted by Standard Chartered and “The Cradle” Offshore Service Centre under the HKPC – Hong Kong Productivity Council.
We brought 20+ years of cross-border operations knowledge to SMEs considering global footprints, showing how to scale, stay compliant, and optimize costs. SMEs need clear, reliable frameworks to grow globally, and that’s exactly what we delivered on-site.

BYCS was honored to be part of this meaningful HR event as a vClinic IPN Partner. With discussion for financial planning for SMEs, HR management and live HR solutions, was real.

5. FUND TECH GO – SME Outreach Week
This week-long outreach by HKPC + SME ReachOut was designed for action, not talk. We supported SMEs directly in both English and Cantonese.
What we did? We decoded funding applications, mapped transformation paths, and helped startups rethink their digital priorities. Dozens of SMEs left with a personalized tech-funding strategy they can use now.

6. HR Conference 2025 – Hosted by JobsDB
We were honored to join JobsDB’s HR Conference 2025 on the theme: “The Boundaryless Workforce of Tomorrow.”
What we shared: CEO Kan Yang and IT HR Manager Yufen Zhung unpacked 20+ years of real-world HR insights, from talent sourcing to EOR/RPO scaling across APAC.
For the future of sustainable workforce models, we’re excited to contribute our perspective and connect with HR leaders from across the region.
